职位描述：
Accountabilities:
To collate, analyze and report market intelligence about carriers' and co-loaders' rates, schedules and activities.
To assist the Sales Department in the preparation of sales / presentation / promotional materials, quotations and answers to customers' / agents' rate / service enquiries.
To assist the Sales Department in filing as well as compilation and analyses of customer and lifting data.
To assist / monitor / analyze salesmen's timely input of visit data including customer details, visit date, quotation and outcome into the Customer Relationship Management System.
To coordinate and work with Branch Manager on customer complaints ensuring that complaints are properly investigated and resolved in a professional and timely manner.
To manage and maintain up-to-date records on customer complaints including complaints date, complaints matter, action taken and completion date.
To analyze complaints data and service levels and present quarterly reports to the Management.
To assist the Management Representative and the Director to administer the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Logistics, Marketing, Business Management or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of working experience in logistics, marketing or business fields.
Details orientated with good organizational and analytical skills.
Time management and ability to work to deadline.
Pleasant and customer oriented (both internal and external)
Ability to solve problems by thinking outside the square - solutions oriented
Experience in operational databases and Microsoft applications
Effective report writing skill.
Good internal and external communication skills with the ability to communicate to people at all levels
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
