职位描述: Major Responsibilities:Responsible for managing major MNC customer shipping and Customs activities in Shenzhen. Work together with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations in all aspects, such as Customs documentation & clearance, freight forwarding, order processing, customer service, inventory management, warehouse and distribution management. Develop policies, guidelines, procedures and strategies for continual improvements. Manage 3PL vendor(s) to ensure services and performance is up to expectation. Maintain close and regular communication with customer to ensure their concerns and issues are handled quickly. Requirement: Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines At least 5 years managerial experience and strong knowledge in operations involving fast moving electronic products. Proficient in process mapping and process/procedure management and suggesting improvements. Knowledge of Customs regulations and freight forwarding in Shenzhen. Knowledge of Warehouse and Freight Management System. Strategic business thinker whose core strengths are persuasiveness, relation building and client networking. Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Good listener with effective presentation skills and leadership traits. Proficient with all Microsoft Office Applications, particularly PowerPoint and/or presentation and graphic software. Preferably have experience working in a logistics company. Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must. Immediate availability preferred. English version resume is a must.
