1. Responsible for efficient customs clearance operations and compliance with all government rules and regulations
2. Handling of delivery and export documents
3. Ensure delivery on time, control costs and continually improve the work flow
4. Coordination with shipping companies, factories and ports
5. General accountant work
6. Assist manager and colleagues with various tasksRequirements
1. College degree or above
2. Major in international trade, accounting, logistics or equivalent
3. At least 1 years experience in international shipping, logistics, and accounting
4. Very good English language skills
5. Very good computer operation skills in Microsoft Office applications
6. Very careful when dealing with numbers and fast at learning
7. Responsible, structured, analytical and able to act fast when required
8. Experience with ERP systems an advantage
9. Age below 30
