The right person will become responsible for our department for patterns and samples. This includes being responsible for optimizing our production in close cooperation with our customers, our designers and our Chinese suppliers. Qualifications: 1.Education as garment technologist, pattern cutter or similar
2.Extensive experience and knowledge of production of women’s wear
3.Ability to optimize production and assure quality in the finished product
4.Experience with grading and fitting
5.Experience with CAD
6.Proficiency in written and spoken English
7.Ability to handle short deadlines and work in a busy work environment
8.Team player and ability to take initiatives and follow a task from start to finish
9.Respect for foreign cultures and willingness to work in China Responsibilities: 1.Optimization of designs for cost efficient bulk production
2.Pattern making, grading, making of size sets etc.
3.Training of Chinese and Danish employees
4.Advising Chinese supplier factories
5.Supervising the development and production of new products
